Create Your Very Own “Spa” Experience
Items Needed Candles Hair & Body Wash or Bath Salts or Spa Bars
Shower
Light your candle. Turn the shower on. Allow the pure, rich scent to relax your body and spirit. Enter the steamy shower. Remember, you are creating your very own “Spa” Experience so, tenderness is key. Caringly slather the silken wash* all over your body- take your time. The citrus scent so clean and light will envelop your body and senses. Relax and enjoy. Allow the stresses of the day to wash away. As you exit the shower, gently blow out the flame from the candle. Lightly towel dry. Take a little (a little goes along way) of the fragrant warm soy and massage into your skin. You will immediately notice your skin soften. Continue this process on your entire body. Focus on the rough dry areas- heels, knees and elbows. As the warm soy penetrates, it seals in moisture, adds a beautiful satin glow and leaves your skin touchable soft and fragrant. Enjoy, pass it on and share this information with a friend.

Bath
Light your candle. Run water warm into the tub. Add a generous amount of sea salts under running water. Soak; relax your body, mind and spirit. Allow the therapeutic salts to pamper your body. Allow the aromatherapy* to heal your senses- relax and release. As you are finish soaking, use your hair and body wash or spa bar- herbal to cleanse your body. Refer to “As you exit the shower” under the shower instruction to complete experience. *Same scent selections are available for both the soy candles and bath salts. When choosing two different scents, make sure the scents are complimentary. Scents that clash will interrupt the benefits of aromatherapy.
